“When I wrote 'Americans, That's Who,' high above the Mojave Desert, in a plane on the way to Vegas, I believed in my heart that it was a special song," notes Larry Gatlin. "That belief was confirmed later that night when Steve and Rudy and I sang it for the first time at the Boulder Station Casino.
