patriot Leeann Tweeden for supporting the troops through the USO and other efforts. Leeann Tweeden is a familiar face to sports enthusiasts around the country. A former host of the extreme sports shows “54321” and “Bluetorch,” she continues to be a regular contributor on the “Best Damn Sports Show Period.” She also is the host of “NASCAR Nation,” a new show on Speed Channel that takes fans inside the lifestyles of the drivers and focuses on the impact of NASCAR on today’s popular culture. A participant in seven USO tours through October 2005, Ms. Tweeden is a steadfast supporter of service members . . . including being among a host of celebrities on the June 2003 Project Salute Tour, the first USO tour to Iraq. |
