They fight for freedom,
so we may remain free.
They fight for honor,
so my country is where I
wish to be.

Our flag is what keeps them going,
as they fight on some far-away shore.
They think of the ones they have left behind,
and know what they are fighting for.

Because of them,
we have an ideal place in which to live.
As Old Glory flies proudly overhead,
they protect us with as much power as they
have to give.
