They are always ready,
brave warriors, true and steady,
going into danger's lair
no matter where
doing whatever it takes
to meet and defeat
all who dare
to harm our beloved America.
And once one . . . always one,
comrades in arms to the end,
they are...

. . . which includes my youngest son, who received two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals for outstanding performance in combat while serving in Iraq.
