Korean War Veteran
Off to Korea you did go,
The summer heat, winters bitter snow,

You went to fight tho' you were scared,
To show the Korean people you really cared,

First, North Korea then the Chinese,
You stood and fought on trembling knees,

You saw your friends die, you felt so alone,
You worried and wondered would you ever get home,

You are a survivor of the forgotten war,
But in our hearts you are forgotten no more.
