| There's an angel in my pocket
that always makes me smile
when I'm a many a mile, away from home.
She's daddies little girl
though she's half way across the world
She's never all that far, from my heart.
When I'm scared, half to death
and I can't catch my breath
I pull her from my pocket and smile,
because the angel in my pocket, is daddies little girl.
While the missiles over-head
keep falling from the sky,
I never question why, but there's tears in my eyes,
when I look at the picture, of daddies little girl. | Randy Lane
