Freedom, born of courage,
And our democracy,
Has stood against the mighty foes
Of our sweet liberty.

This nation, and our allies,
Protectors of the brave,
Have fought the tyrants and the foes
Who would our world enslave.

A giant among nations,
Whose sons have paid the price,
Now stands as "Our America,"
Whose blood and sacrifice

Was spilt to bear the burden,
Defending liberty,
So we, and all our allies
Might share democracy.

God bless this mighty nation,
Its sons and daughters, too,
God bless the cause of freedom,
And our Red, White and Blue.

And make of us an Ensign,
Like Lady Liberty,
Who stands, a sterling monument
To all who would be free.
