Fallen Medal of Honor Recipient - October 23, 2007

Lt. Michael P. Murphy was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor on October 22, 2007 for his heroic efforts on June 28, 2005 from wounds received in Afghanistan during reconnaissance mission, Operation Redwing.
