Others watch from below as the children are among many New Orleans citizens to be rescued from their rooftops due to flooding caused by Hurricane Katrina.  Huerta, 34, of Tampa, Fla., is an aviation maintenance technician stationed at Coast Guard Aviation Training Center Mobile, Ala.Aug. 30, 2005

In all, the Coast Guard rescued 11 survivors from the apartment building. Coast Guard rescue crews have been working to rescue individuals trapped in their homes in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.Aug. 30, 2005
