While several thousands fellow citizens / patriots and friends from other countries lost their lives in the hateful terrorists attacks on September 11, 2001, there were the many brave ones from the New York Police and Fire Departments who came to the rescue at the World Trade Center towers . . . with hundreds paying the ultimate price and becoming a fallen hero.
