Healing Heroes Network A 501(c)( )3 nonprofit
organization committed to healing America’s heroes by providing
financial assistance for quality medical care to the men and
women of the armed forces injured in the line of duty in Iraq or
Afghanistan, on or after 9/11/2001. Our nationwide network of
medical professionals willing to provide services, along with
donations from our generous supporters, enables HHN to treat
these brave warriors free of charge, for services not covered or
delayed under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs benefit
systems.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-partisan organization providing support for military personnel, severely injured in the war on terror. Our principal activity is to provide specially adapted homes for qualifying service members as well as engaging the community to provide services and resources for our wounded heroes and their families.

Non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization strongly committed to helping those who have selflessly given to our country and have returned home with serious disabilities and injuries since September 11, 2001. It is our duty and honor to assist severely injured Servicemen and Servicewomen and their immediate families by raising donations of money, building materials and professional labor and to coordinate the process of building a home that provides maximum freedom of movement and the ability to live more independently.

Honor Flight
Chicago
A 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to honoring Chicagoland’s WWII
veterans by flying them all expense paid to Washington D.C. to
reflect at their memorial, as many were no longer financially or
physically able to do so. Additionally, HFC helps to bridge the
generations by inviting families, schools and entire communities to
participate in Send Offs, Mail Call, Welcome home Celebrations,
Parades and Honor Flight Chicago Reunions.
Hope4Heroes
Founded by Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF)
vets to support disabled vets and families who suffer from Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, Traumatic Brain Injury
(TBI), loss of limbs, severe burns, and career transition. We serve
all veterans from all generations and all conflicts! Additionally,
millions of veterans and families from all conflicts suffer from the
issues listed and thousands of their children need our support
through scholarships. They gave all on the battle field and now,
they need us in the board rooms and living rooms across the country.

Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund
Assists the families of our nation’s fallen heroes killed in the performance of their duty . . . These families must now face their future without a husband or wife or father or mother. In addition to their grief, many of them must also address the questions of finding work, where to live, how to raise their children, how to provide for their education, and even how to get food on the table. They need our help today!
Iraq and Afghanistan
Veterans of America (IAVA)
501(c)(3) organization with a mission to improve the lives of Iraq and
Afghanistan veterans and their families. IAVA addresses critical
issues facing new veterans and their families, including mental
health injuries, a stretched VA system, inadequate health care for
female veterans, and GI Bill educational benefits. IAVA also
provides valuable resources and empowers veterans to connect with
one another, fostering a strong and lasting community.
Marine Corps Family Foundation
A nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation created
when Operation Santa USMC grew from a small local outreach
to a national project. Volunteers and contributors from all over the
country came forward to support deployed Marines in Iraq and
Afghanistan. In three months the Operation Santa project
successfully sent Christmas stockings and gifts to over 6,000 US
Marines who spent the holidays away from family and friends.
Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation
The privately-funded, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization provides scholarships for post-high school education to deserving sons and daughters of Marines with particular attention given to children whose parent has been killed or wounded in action. Additionally, the Scholarship Foundation's Heroes Tribute fund provides up to $30,000 over four years to every child of a Marine, or Navy Corpsman serving with the Marines, who has been killed in combat since September 11, 2001.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable organization whose mission is to
honor the fallen, support those who fight, and serve their families
through programs, events, and outreach. We are a national
organization of Gold and Blue Star families ... including many with
loved ones in harm’s way, as well as, veterans and Americans who share
a deep appreciation for our men and women in uniform and support
them in their mission to keep America safe. Together we ensure that
the sacrifices of our courageous military do not go unnoticed and
that these men and women and their families receive the support they
need and deserve.

Veterans organization chartered by an act of the 85th Congress in 1958 whose purpose is to raise funds for services, welfare, and rehabilitation in connection with combat wounded U.S. veterans.

National Military Family Association
NMFA, "The Voice for Military Families", is dedicated to providing information to and representing the interests of family members of the uniformed services on which our national security depends . . . NMFA activities revolve around programs to educate the public, the military community, and the Congress on the rights and benefits of military families AND to advocate an equitable quality of life for those families.
No Soldier Left Behind
Its nonprofit mission is to promote success and healing within
the Veteran Community. NSLB assists veterans financially, with
VA claims and discharge upgrades. NSLB offers veteran programs
from mentoring to physical recreation outings.
Operation First Response
(OFR)
OFR is a 501 (c) 3 Tax Exempt nonprofit organization.

financial needs . . . OFR is committed to doing all that it can to
support these families.
Operation Holiday Stockings
A nonprofit organization that collects stockings (knit, crocheted, sewed or decorated)
then filling them up with goodies for deployed troops who won't be home for the holidays.
Operation Homefront
Provides emergency assistance and morale to our troops, to the families they leave behind and to wounded warriors when they return home. A nonprofit 501(c)(3), Operation Homefront leads more than 4,500 volunteers in 30 chapters nationwide and has provided critical assistance to more than 45,000 military families in need. Operation Homefront also operates an online magazine for military wives and women in uniform. Through this community, we reach the newest and youngest military families, instantly alerting them about our programs and other information to help them succeed in military life.

Patriot Guard Riders
A nonprofit organization supporting those who risk their lives for America's freedom and security.
Its main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen
American heroes as invited guests of the family. Each mission we
undertake has two basic objectives... (1) Show our sincere respect
for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities.
(2) Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions
created by any protestor or group of protestors.
Pin-Ups For Vets
A
501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises funds to improve Veterans' healthcare, donates funds to VA hospitals for medical equipment and program expansion, improves quality of life for ill Veterans through personal bedside visits to deliver gifts, promotes volunteerism at Veterans Hospitals, and boosts morale for deployed troops through delivery of care packages.
Pro vs. GI
Joe
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization sets up real-time video game
competitions between professional athletes, musicians, celebrities,
high-ranking military officials and politicians in the states . . . and
troops stationed overseas via the Internet using PlayStation, Xbox
Live and /or the Nintendo Wii. And when it's possible, Pro vs. GI
Joe also reunites family members of the participating troops via
webcam during the event. We work very hard to not only connect the
Pro and the GI Joe but to also connect families separated by
military service.
Purple Heart Homes A 501(c)(3) non-partisan nonprofit
dedicated to providing housing solutions for Service Connected
Disabled Veterans that served in all conflicts. It is co-founded
by two Iraq combat wounded veterans on a mission to make a
difference in the lives of our Service Connected Disabled
Veterans and their caregivers.
Rocky Mountain Hyperbaric Association for Brain Injuries
Offers financial assistance for HBOT treatments to veterans who
suffer from PTSD. Research has already been conducted regarding the
positive effects of HBOT for veterans with PTSD. This enables
RMHABI to focus all funds from the Healing our Heroes Fund to be
directed towards HBOT treatments.
Rolling Thunder
A 501(c)(4) non-profit organization with over 88 chartered chapters throughout
the United States and members abroad. While many members of Rolling
Thunder are veterans, and many ride motorcycles, neither
qualification is a prerequisite. All members are united in the cause to bring full accountability for POWs and MIAs of all wars, reminding the government, the media and the public by our watchwords: “We Will Not Forget.”
Rolling Thunder also provides financial aid, food, clothing and other essentials to veterans, homeless veterans and veterans' families in need, women's' crisis centers and toys for children.
